Thus, when we are exercising or doing some physical activity, we tend to lose weight faster than those non-drinkers of green tea. That is why if you have noticed, many Chinese women and men who are accustomed in drinking tea specifically green tea in their daily lives have slender bodies.
Exercise is very important for it helps you have a firm body so that when you lose weight, your skin will not get saggy and ugly. However, if you are exercising but is still not watchful on what you eat, then you might just be countering the effects of exercise. Make sure that you are also eating healthy. Stay away from foods that are high in calorie even if you find them very tempting. If you are accustomed in eating a lot of high-caloric foods, try eating less from time to time until your body adjusts and does not crave for them anymore.
